Our Pastor

Carl Stephens,

Senior Pastor of Faith Assembly in Orlando, has served the Faith church family for over 33 years. Starting out as a youth and executive pastor, he has led the church as senior pastor for over 24 years. During that time Faith Assembly has been blessed to see growth that presently is averaging over 3,800 in Sunday morning attendance. The church also has strong ministries with Mainstream Orlando (youth ministry), Faith Christian Academy & Preschool, Faith Kidz, School of the Bible, and Faith College. He attributes much of the growth to the church’s commitment to missions. For the last 7 years the church has given approximately $1 million annually to missions. He is a former Presbyter of the Orlando area and is a former member of the Assemblies of God World Missions Board.

A native of Grand Ridge, Florida, Pastor Carl was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 19. He graduated from Southeastern Bible College in Lakeland, Florida. Pastor Carl and his wife of 32 years, Alice, are blessed with 3 grown children: Danielle is married to Kevin Quinones, Joshua is married to Mandi; and their youngest is Carla Stephens. They are also blessed with 3 precious grandchildren; Karli & Kassi Quinones and Eastin Stephens.

Alice Stephens,

is ordained by Faith Assembly of God of Orlando, Florida. She has been in ministry for over 32 years alongside her husband, Pastor Carl Stephens. Alice graduated from UCF with a degree in Psychology. Alice is the director of Faith Assembly Ladies Ministry which includes counseling, mentoring, Ladies God Encounters, monthly prayer meetings as well as our annual Ladies Brunch, Mother’s Day event and Fall Seminar.

Alice’s heart is to help women fulfill the calling God has on their lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Carl and Alice are blessed with 3 grown children; Danielle is married to Kevin Quinones, Joshua is married to Mandi, and their youngest is Carla Stephens. They are also blessed with 3 precious grandchildren; Karli & Kassi Quinones and Eastin Stephens.
