Community Resources

Faith Assembly is committed to providing helpful resources both at on-site at Faith and referrals in the community. Our goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need no matter what stage of life they find themselves in.

Financial Assistance, Crisis & Relief

Church Members and Attendees in crisis situations may qualify for Financial Assistance through our Benevolence Ministry by emailing to initiate the application process. Upon submitting your application, you will be asked to provide additional documentation to assist us in verifying your request (i.e. your lease agreement and a W9 form from your landlord for rental assistance; and copies of your utility bills).

Medical Assistance

We offer basic health screenings and school physicals at our annual Back to School Bash at the end of July, but are unable to directly provide Medical Assistance beyond that. If you or a loved one are in the hospital or a local facility, you may Request Visitation from our Pastoral Care Team here. Beyond that, download the list of trusted medical professionals in the area to assist you.

Mental Health Services

Our on-site Faith Counseling Department is open year-round by appointment only and offers individuals up to 6 free Counseling or Coaching sessions.

When there are situations that require additional assistance beyond our scope of expertise, we refer clients to trusted practices in the community.
