Liberty Counsel seeks an experienced accounting assistant to work onsite in the Finance Department. Qualified applicants must be dedicated, reliable, fast, accurate, organized, and able to multitask. Will need to manage detailed information; accurately post deposits, resource orders, and donations; manage multiples nonprofit accounts; reconcile statements and expense reimbursements; handle donor inquiries; work with confidential information and perform a variety of office tasks. Must have 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance. Nonprofit experience is a plus. Required skills include computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn processes quickly. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
