Support Center Manager, Support Center Technicians, Admin & Data Integrity Specialists

Our home base is in Altamonte Springs, not far from the Altamonte Mall off of 436/Semoran Blvd. We are 3rd in the nation distributing excellent multi-listing services in the real estate market.

We have the following positions open:

  • Support Center Manager – 1 position
    Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000
  • Support Center Technician – 4 positions
  • Admin & Data Integrity Specialist – 4 positions

Currently, we have a hybrid workforce in place. Many of our new staff/temps, may spend more time at the office for training purposes and company culture development. This is temporary, for our overall goal is to have everyone back in the office. We do not have a date for this transition yet.

We follow all CDC guidelines regarding COVID matters and have taken many precautions to implement social distancing workforce measures, air filtration systems, and the technology and tools necessary to work productively at all times.

We also provide training and support for staff in our call center via video interactive training and our Senior Reps and Leads. These team leaders are great and train our staff to succeed in their roles.
