Church Partnerships Facilitator – Central Western region—(Full-time, *support-raised position)

Pioneers is seeking a discerning, spiritually mature individual to serve on its Church Partnerships Team in the position of Church Partnerships Facilitator. The Church Partnerships Facilitator represents PI to the US church constituency and is responsible to pursue pathways in partnership to promote a vision for the unreached and to mobilize workers for the task. The posture of the Church Partner Facilitator is that of one who comes alongside churches with both a listening ear and a helping hand.

The qualified candidate will demonstrate: a passionate commitment to PI’s core values and mission; spiritual maturity and discernment; a self-starter and ability to work effectively without close supervision; a professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills; strong communication skills — verbal, written, and public speaking; intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude for database management. In addition the qualified individual will bring training in Bible, theology and cross- cultural ministry with experience in overseas ministry preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

This region of 13 states requires a resident location central to the Denver, Colorado area. This is a full-time, *support-raised position with benefits, which requires the approved candidate to develop a donor base of individuals and churches to fund their salary.
