Rapids is the middle-school ministry of Mainstream Orlando. Offering a fun, high-energy atmosphere for students in grades 6-8 to be exposed to God, Rapids provides a comfortable space tailored to the middle-school mindset. Equal parts fun, educational, and spiritual, Rapids builds the foundation for lives that pursue and love God from an early age.
Rapids meets on Sundays at 9am and 11:15am in the Youth Auditorium and on Wednesdays at 7pm in the Mainstream Youth Center. While Sunday services look a little more traditional complete with games, worship, and a sermon, Wednesday nights embrace a more personal feel with small groups sessions composed of students who are the same age and gender.
Each week, high-school students meet at Xstream to hang out, engage in live worship, participate in small groups, and hear the Word of God. More than just a church service, Xstream is where students can find their place, explore their talents, and strengthen relationships in their community and with God.
Xstream meets Wednesdays at 7pm at our Curry Ford Campus. Need a ride? Our Lake Nona High School shuttle picks up students at the Chick-fil-A next to the campus at 6:15pm, takes them to Xstream, and drops them back off at the Chick-fil-A around 9:30pm.
Xstream also meets on Thursdays at 7pm at the Michigan St. Campus and once-a-month on Friday at 7pm at our Red Bug Lake Campus.
The Voice is a ministry where young professionals, adults, and couples can experience live worship, hear the Word of God, and discuss issues affecting their age demographic. Attendees also participate in interest-based small groups and community outreach opportunities throughout the week to share what God has done in their lives with their peers, coworkers, and community in a fresh way. The Voice meets on Sunday nights at 7pm in the Mainstream Auditorium.
