About This Service

September 10, 2025 service. Join us for worship with Faith Worship Arts, followed by our Wednesday series, “The Life of David, with Pastor Jim Angelakos.

This week’s message comes from 2 Samuel 12 and Psalm 51. After his sin with Bathsheba, David is confronted by the prophet Nathan and responds with heartfelt repentance: I have sinned against the Lord.” Though his choices carried painful consequences, God’s grace met him in brokenness. Psalm 51 shows us what true repentance looks like: admitting our need for God, confessing our sin, and desiring a clean heart and renewed spirit. David’s story reminds us that while sin leaves scars, God’s love never leaves us. In Christ, mercy, restoration, and new beginnings are always possible.
