About This Service

September 3, 2025 service. Join us for worship led by Faith Worship Arts, followed by our Wednesday sermon series, “The Life of David” with Pastor Jesse Starr.

In this message, Pastor Jesse takes us into one of the most sobering moments in King David’s life: his sin with Bathsheba in 2 Samuel 11–12. Together, we explore how one small compromise can open the door to devastating choices, how sin always costs more than we expect, and how God’s grace still shines in the middle of failure. Through David’s decision to stay home from battle, his attempt to cover up his sin, and Nathan’s bold confrontation, we see both the weight of guilt and the hope of forgiveness. David’s story reminds us that no matter how broken life becomes, God’s love never leaves us. Through Jesus, fresh mercy, restoration, and a new beginning are always possible.
