Donor Services Representative

The purpose of this position is to provide top notch customer service to every donor by processing their gifts and resolving support requests accurately and in a timely manner.

Must practice and support the relevant elements of the US Mobilization Base Manual
Committed to the Donor Services Operational Standards and Goals
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle repetitive transactions throughout the day.
Proficiency in data entry.
Experience in handling inbound customer service communications.
Close attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prepare, scan, and enter all types of physical checks
Research donation items, and contact donors for clarification as needed
Make appropriate changes in donor management software, Studio Enterprise
Maintain positive donor relations by providing excellent customer service
Post items in studio enterprise as needed
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to donor needs
Respond to donor inquiries through the donor services email inbox
Work with the donor services team to achieve common goals
Perform other duties as assigned by the director

Physical Demands:
Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to verbally communicate to exchange information.
Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
